Course Cancellation by You
Our general cancellation policy is as follows:
- Cancellations received by us more than 31 days before the start of the course will be credited in full.
- Cancellations received within 31 days will incur a cancellation fee dependant on the consequent loss to Law South of the cancelled booking. If a replacement delegate can be found, no fee will be payable.
- Substitutions are accepted at any time.
Course Changes or Cancellations by Us
We plan our courses many months in advance and occasionally circumstances oblige us to make changes to date, tutor or venue. We will inform you when this occurs as soon as is reasonably possible. You may accept the revised arrangements, make another booking with us, or cancel your booking in which case a full credit will be made.
