Objectives
A healthy culture of team working, collaboration and cohesion is essential for individual employee wellbeing and overall organisational success. Without cohesion, teams may experience disruptive conflict, poor performance and compromised results. This practical and participative workshop helps employees understand team cohesion and adopt strategies to optimise team working, team cohesion and team effectiveness.
Overall aim - To develop delegates’ appreciation of the factors that contribute to effective teamwork, and develop and build their skills in diagnosing and addressing team problems. It also focuses on inert-team collaboration & cross functional working – dynamics, impact & benefits.
As a result of participating in this workshop, delegates will develop the skills needed to recognise both their personal strengths and weaknesses and those of their wider team; to encourage their team members to acknowledge and value the attributes of colleagues and the motivation to encourage their teams to play a role in determining their future direction.
