Managing Generation Y (am)Lawyers now work with a greater diversity of generations than ever before and, as a Partner who is often asked to manage and motivate junior colleagues of a different generation, it can be difficult to understand their drivers and different stylistic preferences.
This session helps you address the challenges, concerns and frustrations around managing Generation Y, in difficult and critical situations.
