Presenter: Ian Johnson is a director in the firm’s Business Advisory Group and works closely with professional practices, especially law firms. He has considerable experience in advising a diverse pool of law firms on all aspects of financial reporting and accounting matters, including statutory accounts and audit issues. He regularly advises law firms on the SRA Accounts Rules, financial and regulatory compliance, restructuring, internal management reporting, financial forecasting and tax compliance. Ian lectures nationally on matters of financial management and compliance. He has also been a guest speaker at a number of seminars across the country for different organisations working within the legal sector. Ian is a member of the Executive Council with the Institute of Legal Finance and Management (ILFM), and is also a part of the ICAEW Solicitors’ Community Committee
