Objectives

This workshop aims to equip staff and raise awareness of the benefits of the appraisal and the process and thus to gain maximum benefit from the appraisal discussion by generating positive attitudes to the process from all parties concerned. Helping them to prepare effectively for the appraisal discussion, giving them the interpersonal skills in participating in a positive interview and ensuring they contribute to the appraisal and the outcomes follow up the discussion effectively.
