Objectives
This course is designed to help delegates make meetings more productive and efficient, help them be able to contribute proactively and confidently and help delegates keep a meeting running to it allotted time.
The course will help enable meetings to be successful in their goals by helping to define those goals and to measure whether they have been achieved. It will also help to ensure that the meetings themselves are actually more productive.
Meetings can be an effective way of including all those involved, but not derailing the process. The key is the way the meeting is planned and conducted and that everyone attending understands decisions, outcomes and action points.
