Objectives

Developed by MHFA England, this two-day course qualifies delegates as MHFAiders® . Delegates will get a deep understanding of what mental health is and what factors can affect wellbeing. You will get automatic 24/7 digital support through the MHFAider Support App®. This will give you access to exclusive resources and ongoing learning opportunities.

The course teaches delegates practical skills to spot the signs of mental illness and gives them the confidence to step in and support a person who needs assistance. Upon completing the course, delegates will become certified MHFAiders® in the workplace and can help colleagues with a mental health issue receive the support they need to recover or manage their symptoms.
