Objectives
This one day course will be a lively and engaging event involving activities, discussion and reflection. Participants will be given some action-learning sets and will attend a follow-up virtual workshop at which they will share ways in which they have applied their learning in practice, and be given next steps to continue their development.
In order to lay the foundations of a future-facing career this programme will help participants to develop some basic elements of emotional intelligence and develop their understanding of how they can start to create a dynamic legal practice now and in the future.
In advance of our one-day course, participants will complete the Lumina Spark behavioural psychometric which will allow them to appreciate their own ways of working, and to see how they can work most effectively with others.
