Objectives
Teams of trainee solicitors from Law South member firms will compete for the Cup by running a simulated legal practice for a day. The winning team will be the one which scores highest against a variety of criteria including profitability, client contentment, staff retention etc. The simulation involves realistic business decision-making and the exercise is designed to introduce you at an early stage in your careers to the managerial essentials of running a firm.
Content
It will be a fun informal training event at which your team has the chance to show that it is the best in Law South. The winning team is presented with the Cup for 12 months and also a trophy to keep permanently.

The presenters will release information throughout the day to simulate a “real world” situation.
