Overview:
In this bite-size session, we will explore how law firm leaders can incorporate a coaching approach into their leadership, and what the benefits of doing so might be for them.
Delegates will get the chance to experience the benefits of coaching and try out a coaching approach in real-life conversations with their fellow participants.
